This imager works well for the money. There are better ones out there but you have to go 3x the money for those. It works well enough to troubleshoot household or automotive problems. you can easily identify leaky windowsIf you want one that will work down to the component level on circuit boards, then this is NOT what you want. There are others that will do that for many times the money this costs. The infrared imager is 32*32 resolution & a 640*480 visible resolution. you can select 5 levels of overlay as shown in the attached pics. They are: 100% Visible , 75% Visible (v) / 25% Infrared (i), 50v /50 i, 25V / 75 i, and 100% Infrared. The temperatures displayed below the image are the highest & lowest temps over the entire image. the top readout above the image is the crosshair temperature to allow you to better pinpoint the hottest or coldest spot.

Very cheap cost for a very good product

When comparing this device side by side with the fancy expensive gun that the fire department uses, this device got the same readings as the fire departments expensive gun! Very easy to use!

I too took it out of box and screen had no protective plastic on it. I question if it was new or a returned product.

The media could not be loaded. Cheap price. Mostly a camera. Thermal camera doesn’t pick up changes in the environment, it only sees with a basic camera and something hot. Don’t buy.

I bought the Innova 3360 thermal imaging device at the end of July, for use after I moved from FL to VA in the house to check for insulation issues, and since I was in the middle of moving, and everything was scattered around, I didn't end up checking it when it came in. Bad mistake on my end. I went to use it to check the house for thermal leaks, and it turns out it powers on, but never leaves the boot screen. I tried giving it time to eventually boot up, and it didn't. I tried hooking it up to the computer and it says the device has malfunctioned. There doesn't appear to be anything I can do with it. My fault for not checking it sooner, but I won't buy from this company again.

I love the little handheld device.It helped me out fine and leaks on my windows.It's not the quality that I like.I can't afford the expensive ones but this one I could afford and it helped me out a love it
