Folding mechanism needs redesign
We were really excited about getting this bike. The bike looks really good overall. Nicely packaged, easy to assemble and work well except the main folding locking mechanism. We wished that the locking mechanism had a sturdier design, considering that this is supposed to be the main thing that keeps the bike unfolded and safely locked in place while you are riding on the road.We returned the bike three weeks ago, Amazon received the bike on August 31st and we are still waiting for the refund. We were told it could take up to 30 days.

A Lighter Bike that is Substantial and Nimble
I'm nearly 78 years old and wanted a bike I could put in our car's trunk and use some distance from home. This bike is that. The bike arrived very well assembled. I checked all of the nuts and screws and almost all were appropriately tight. As expected the tires did need air. Because one inner tube valve stem was exiting the rim on an angle, I deflated that tube and reinflated it while holding the valve stem in place.Importantly, I wanted to pedal the bike in an upright, comfort position. As this bike uses standard components I was able to find: a set of high rise handlebars to reduce the distance (reach) from the saddle's center to where I grasped the handlebars, a more comfortable seat, and (from Zizzo) a longer seat post and fenders. Also, because I have pedal-pad atrophy I wanted to reduce the force on the bikes pedals. So, I had my local bike shop replace the front chain ring with a 34-tooth ring. I also replaced the folding pedals with mountain bike pedals and removed their pins and added zip ties so I could pull the pedals up rather than push them down and, thereby, reduce the pressure on my forefeet where the fat is gone. The bike is quite nimble and the 34-tooth ring allows me, without hurting my feet, to climb hills easily as well to shift into higher gears for traveling on level surfaces.ZiZZO has a help group on Facebook for discussing their bikes and has produced videos showing riders how to fix the most common issues. Their customer service is excellent too.I am very happy with this bike and ZiZZO!

Shoddy and aggressive customer service
I'm only giving 2 stars because the bike is cleverly engineered. Folding is a snap and it looks not bad. My wife however, did not get a chance to try it out, as it arrived damaged. In the course of calling Zizzo customer service, the call had to be elevated, because the first CSR told her he could do nothing for her. And apparently, their warranty only applies in the US. The problem was described fully and accurately--broken cable cover--but they wouldn't even offer to send a replacement set of cables. At the price they charge, the way they treated her (I could hear most of the conversation from the basement, and she was not being unreasonable) and their complete lack of helpfulness is beyond the pale.If a warranty outside the US on an expensive bike--or helpful customer service--is important to you, don't buy their products. We will not ever again.

Good parts, light weight, folds easy and compact enough for a small trunk.
If you are shopping for a foldy bike, don't go bargain hunting. I learned that lesson. Bought a foldy bike for a bit over $100 and within 3 months the chain ring was warped, the brakes were shot, the pedals broke, and the thing creaked like a haunted house. Zizzo feels like a quiet dream compared to that. Really light weight. Folds and snaps back together in just a few seconds. Tires keep their pressure for a long time. So far everything on this bike is solid.
