Excellent product
Very refreshing (mint/lime..), with thankfully no sweeteners added at all, natural or otherwise. Really only need one single drop in a large glass of water; not quite so pleasant if you use too much. 50% at the moment, so I am going to order the spicy orange one too.

Incredible!
This stuff is amazing! It makes a lovely and very quick, masala chai. I made black tea in a teapot, filled a large mug half full with oat milk. Heated this milk up added the brewed tea till cup was full. 1 tsp sugar and 2 drops of the spiced liquid. It's so good I'll definitely be buying again.(When adding drops, don't squeeze the pippet, just allow them to fall)

Overly star-anise-flavoured
A brilliant idea, such concentrated flavour in such a tiny package: sadly, though, for me even one drop was overwhelmingly star-anise flavoured, losing all the other flavours that make it taste like chai. I thought I’d finally found the perfect addition for my daily dirty chai latte addiction but it is not to be. The search continues…

Opinion compared to Twinnings Spicy Chai
Overall, yes I recommend these drops. If like me, you are used to Twinnings Spicy Chai tea bags, then if you use 2 drops per standard mug of breakfast tea - these give you the same level of spiciness. In terms of taste, these taste nice. They are similar in taste to the afore mentioned but not exactly the same. They have a marginally less sweet note, and the cardamom is slightly more pronounced over the other spices e.g cinnamon.I bought these as I had two boxes of breakfast tea to jazz up, and I kept buying chai tea bags. So these seemed a cost effective way to jazz up my breakfast tea.If using 2x drops, that’s still 150 servings of chai with the bonus of having flexibility to add to normal breakfast tea - or to jazz up a cup of decaf (which we know can lack oomph). These are just extracted/concentrated spices - there are no added sweeteners. A bonus if you are conscious or sensitive to sugar/sweeteners. I choose to add a stevia tablet sweetener to mine for a balanced taste.Only reason not 5*, the drops you need to be careful with. Pull the dropped out, and just pause for a second to let any drops naturally fall in to the bottle - then know that it is a light to no squeeze to administer in your tea. This aside, the bottle closes well & does not leak.

These are NOT chai spice drops - all you can smell and taste is pure fennel!
I've bought a few different spice drops - its a really convenient way of making an oat Chai at work without the hassle of a tea bag, all the sugar of the powders/syrups and with a far better taste.I thought I would give this one a try for a change from the usual 'Holy Lama' chai spices drop as it mentions Masala which I particularly like. The Amazon advert does not mention the ingredients, which would be helpful - and I've got to say although I'm not an expert, I've had hundreds if not thousands of chai's; from powders and syrups from the chains, to traditional chai's made by walla's and in friends homes - and I have never had one with fennel included - however that would not have necessarily put me off.I don't dislike fennel - however with this - fennel is ALL you can taste (with maybe a bit of ginger afterkick) - it just totally destroys the drink.I even tried mixing it 50/50% with the Holy Lama Chai Spices - but the fennel still overrode everything in small and taste. So, if you fancy a fennel drink - this is the one for you! If you are wanting a chai drink - do not buy!

Former sceptic
I had seen the brand videos online and was keen to try the drops out. I honestly didn’t think they would be effective versus a syrup or more traditional flavour methods but the Chai one is so tasty!I’ve gone from adding it to drinks to putting it in my baking. Not too strong and so much more convenient.I now have one for home and one in my work desk for whenever I want something flavourful - would recommend.

Tea is bland without it!
Great to add to my Tetley teabag! The pipette is very generous though so don't even squeeze it for a fair few drops or you'll get a massive dose with your first few cuppas. Then, when it is less enthusiastic you can start to squeeze with care. It likes to be over generous if you aren't careful.

Avoid the fennel
I was fooled by all the really positive review but have to say I'm so disappointed. Just pure fennel even only using 1 drop it's all I can smell and I'm a big chai fan.Definitely not value for money seeing as it will probably be out of date before I finish it, got today and it runs out May.I would not recommend, stay clear will try a different brand in future.
