This is the best cheese of this type I have ever tried.
I really like this product. I find the white cheese variety less salty than the orange cheese. It is great on popcorn and other recipes that call for cheese. We are avid campers with a very small refrigerator. It is a great space saver and tastes way more real than the fake cheese in the packages of macoroni and cheese available on store shelves.

Excellent Cheese Flavor!
Excellent product! I used it to make homemade Cheese Bread…it worked beautifully and the bread was delicious! Wouldn’t hesitate to buy again!

Excellent flavor, and not too salty
I wanted white cheddar powder to add to popcorn to recreate a white cheddar microwave popcorn that I can no longer buy anywhere. That product also had a packet of sunflower oil to drizzle over the popcorn before the white cheddar powder. I got some oil, and used this powder; and it's everything I was looking for. It's not too salty, and I can add salt the popcorn to taste (though I don't always want to). This is just what I was looking for.I also use it for homemade mac and cheese. Sometimes I just crave white cheddar mac and cheese, but don't want to buy the individual sized boxes for a dollar or more each. Being able to make my own saves a lot of money, and I can use my own favorite pasta shapes too. I personally prefer a much heartier pasta like rigatoni with mine.I've also been using it instead of yellow cheddar powder in a homemade dorito recipe. I personally prefer the white cheddar flavor, and dust the chips with just white cheddar powder first (to get even more to stick, and distribute the flavor better), before adding the homemade seasoning blend that also has white cheddar powder in it. Then I pop them back in the warm oven for a few more minutes to make it all stick to the chips. Amazing flavor!Even been using it on bake potatoes (i'm sure it would be good in mashed potatoes too).This powder mixes well, and has proven very versatile in the kitchen. The bag it comes in reseals well, and the product stays dry and fresh inside. I'm almost out of my first bag and will certainly be buying more regularly to make sure I always have some on hand. Exactly what I was looking for!Final note. It's not actually JUST white cheddar powder. There are other ingredients. But I'm not at all put off by that.

Does its job well!
I bought this because I’ve been buying Annie’s and lately their cheese powder has been kind of weak. Also, I often eat Annie’s by myself and one box is just a bit too much. So I bought this and a box of tiny shells. An important thing to note is I’ve always made Annie’s with sour cream in place of most of the milk, and a dash of the milk. A problem I’d been having with Annie’s lately as well was the powder clumping and getting caught in the shells. I think this is a great replacement for all of that with the added benefit of being able to add as much or as little as you’d like. This does still clump like Annie’s, so lately while my pasta boils I’ll put however much cheese powder I want To use in a small bowl, along with the sour cream and dash of either milk - or tonight it was chicken broth and it was so good it’s why I’m writing this review. And mix until it’s as smooth as I can Get it. I throw a bit of butter in the pot once the pasta has been drained and then use a rubber spatula to get every last drop of my sauce out. The key is to not use too much liquid. When I do that it’s so soupy that I end up keeping it on the burner while stirring it a bit to reduce it, but it often leaves the noodles over cooked. I eyeball All of my measurements keeping in mind what the Annie’s box calls for, I think 3 tbsp of milk and 2 tbsp of butter. Tonight I did about a little under 2 tbsp of sour cream, maybe a tbsp of chicken broth and less than a tbsp of butter. I HIGHLY recommend that recipe! I was going to add a picture but truly, it just looks like Annie’s.Anyways, I’m really happy with this so far. I’m not sure how well it’ll keep but we will see. I will update if anything changes!

This white cheddar is the best I’ve found so far.
I give this an A+. Keep in mind I am a white cheddar lover. It’s all it claims to be.

Did not like the flavor
We were not fans. Tasted similar to cheese but not so good. The bag also wouldn’t reseal even when cleaned off of any powder. We’ll be sticking to regular white cheddar.

Ultra Very Salty.
I mixed it with spaghetti, but it was so salty that it gave me a stomach ache. Definitely not recommended for people with high blood pressure. This is a definite NO!
