KNOW Foods Gluten Free, Low Carb, Protein Cookies, Lemon, 4g Net Carbs - 4 Count

You have to love quinoa to love these cookies. While it's shaped like a cookie, I didn't find any other cookie like qualities to it.I was recently placed on a big carb restriction so was hoping this cookie would help curb my cravings for regular cookies but I don't think this is the product for that. I think someone who already enjoys a much healthier diet and eats most of these ingredients regularly may enjoy it much better than I did. I think this product might be better off as a bar instead of a cookie.

I am not a picky eater. I truly cannot find much that I do not like except these cookies. I bought them in lemon hoping that they were slightly good to fill my cookie craving. No way. I took 4 bits and couldn't force myself to eat anymore regardless of how pricey there were. Do not get the lemon!

I Liked these cookies a lot! I am a diabetic (insulin dependent) and was very skeptical and worried when I saw the cookie was 40 carbs and had twenty something sugars! I took a leap of faith and tried it anyway. I took my blood glucose test before I ate the cookie and an hour later. I was shocked to find that my blood sugar did NOT go up. I didn't even get out of ketosis! I am a true believer in these cookies. ordered more. Keep in mind they are not for snacking. they are better for a meal replacement. You will be FULL after eating one.

I was very excited to try out KNOW cookies as I'm constantly on the hunt for alternative healthy solutions to feed my sugar cravings. The lemon cookies are delicious! They taste very similar to other lemon cookies I've had, yet I feel good about eating them since they're made with so many superfoods that I try to integrate into my diet (hey flaxseed and chia seeds!), and are free of so many of the bad things I'm trying to eliminate. And they're huge! If you're looking for a healthy alternative to high sugar sweets, these are for you!

These cookies take a little getting used to...I really, really like lemon flavored items and these are fairly lemony, they could have a stronger flavor to my liking! They are quite large and puffy - about 3/8 of an inch thick and probably 4 + inches in diameter. I tried them plain and toasted and they are okay either way - toast on the lowest setting for only 1 minute in your toaster - higher or longer results in burning!

It's NOT a cookie. It's more like a cake or brownie. My wife likes it, but I don't. If you like protein heavy health bars, this will probably be something you'd like. But if you are expecting something that has the consistency and flavor of a cookie (within reason), this is NOT the product for you.

These are ok. I ordered one box of the lemon and one cinnamon, but got 2 lemon. Package was open on 1 cookie as well. It's a good thing I guess that they sent me 2 boxes of lemon on accident as I had to throw the open one away. I was hoping these would have more lemon flavor; it was barely noticeable...but aren't the worst. I was really looking forward to the cinnamon, but now I have to wait more than a week for Amazon to send me a replacement. I think if you aren't expecting these to be exactly like regular cookies, they will satisfy you. I have yet to eat anything keto/paleo/grain free that was a lot like their non keto/paleo/grain free counterparts. These are good with a cup of coffee, super filling, but on their own, they are just ok.

The cookies taste just ok, definitely do not taste much lemon. Also had I known that Allulose was chemically derived from fructose I would never had ordered these. The ones that just arrived got tossed in the garbage. Anyone trying to eat naturally I would not recommend buying these, you can make healthier cookies at home and have control over what ingredients are used.
