I’d just make sure to use whatever soap type is suggested because certain soaps leak out. Other than that, it looks amazing and works great. Good quality

This item was purchased for a small office (only four people using them).They are made of plastic but seem to be working well.There may be a time when the locking mechanism breaks, but we are happy for now.

It took 20 pumps but it finally started working.

We chose this model for our facility bathrooms because we were looking for a refillable unit instead of those requiring a cartridge that costs as much as the dispenser. Soap in bulk was far cheaper over the long-haul than continually installing dispenser cartridges. In addition, when we are preparing for groups at our facility we want to be able to look at the dispenser before they arrive and be able to refill it without wasting leftover soap in an almost-empty-cartridge. These dispensers are lockable and you can readily see how much soap is left. They are simple to install and come with the necessary hardware.

Plastic cracked and all for the hand sanitizer in 3 of them and one with soap leaked out. BUT I must have gotten a bad batch. Customer service replaced all of them and they are all working very well. I am very pleased. I believe they updated their design. I received replacements within days of contacting them. Well done.
