I have a connective tissue disorder, with hyper mobility, I’ve never been able to grow my nails they just peel, bleed and break, until I started taking this. I have Doug in the yard with no gloves, trim trees, and everything else and I have not chipped or broke a single nail. This hasn’t happened in 48 years of existing. It’s not been a full three months yet. My doctors have told me to continue taking it and they were glad they found one I could tolerate and wasn’t allergic to. Most collagen supplements have animal proteins, which I am allergic to. I’m going to reorder. The only question I I’m asking myself is should I double my dose lol I’m gonna give it another three months before I make that decision. Excellent product!

I am taking it but I haven’t really seen a difference. Like what is it supposed to do? When should I notice the difference? Idk

The taste is not bad and I like it because it’s easy to swallow. I’m not sure if it helps to get rid of pain. It’s vitamins. I noticed that I don’t feel so tired after a long day of work.
