This organic chocolate with coffee flavor is ultimate bliss :) Very pure, just three 100% organic ingredients. Tastes great, has a slightly gritty texture so has a nice bite to it. It's powerful, prob. not for milky choc. lovers but if you like dark choc. & coffee you will love this. I had it come in summer & it arrived fine, not melted. I purchased this more out of curiosity. Obviously I can only give a review on if the description was accurate, shipping was fast etc as anything else I say is subjective. So for the non subjective. This arrived fast and was exactly as described. Here is the subjective : From two perspectives. I personally found the chocolate texture to be gritty and crumbly. The taste was bitter, and the consistency made me want to wash it down with water afterward. My wife on the other hand loved this product and thought it tasted great. So in summary, good description, fast shipping, and depending on your taste palate you will either love it or not :) Joshua Garfinkle

My husband LOVES this chocolate. It is not like a Hershey's bar... this is real chocolate, with a gritty texture from the ground cacao bean. My husband, who loves coffee, says the coffee flavor is mild, but he still loves the taste and the texture. I attached two photos, one to attempt to show the texture (which is gritty) and the other to show the label for the ingredients (Cacao bean, cane sugar, and coffee beans - that's it!)

I discovered this chocolate quite by accident. I was in a natural food store and this was on the shelf next to another type of chocolate I liked. So I thought I would give it a try, boy am I glad I did. If you are looking for a semi-sweet chocolate that has bits of ground coffee in it, this is it! Its tasty, crunchy and filled with that coffee chocolate taste. I cannot say enough things about how much I love not only this coffee chocolate, but all the Taza Chocolate Disks.

I am a chocolate AND coffee freak, so when I saw this I was super excited! The packaging is awesome and modern, the chocolate is good. It is different than "normal" chocolate. The coffee taste is mild. I am thinking this would be better in baking then just eating straight. It has a different texture than domestic chocolate. I bought four flavors and love to bake so we will see what happens. Its always fun to add different kinds of chocolate to your life, and I was not disappointed in this. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is solely based on the texture. But its from another country so there has to be some difference right? :)

Driver left box sitting in the sun on our shed stoop instead of bringing it up to the house. So I do not know if the chocolate always has a sandy grittiness to it or if it is smoother when fresh. I probably won't buy this brand again due to the high cost and low quality of the product.

Delicious! Intense chocolate /coffee taste. First time I try this brand. I read the reviews about the non smoothness of this chocolate and this chocolate is so weird to eat at first as it is gritty, dry, powdery almost. But the taste is absolutely great. Quality product. Like!

Love this. It's so different from regular chocolate because it is more coarse and handmade, it's a real treat in authentic Mexican style. I've never tasted any chocolate this coarse and delicious, from anywhere: not Spain, Italy, England, Switzerland, Sweeden, the Carribean, Hawaii or Israel. I adore the chocolate coffee flavor!!!
