I purchased the 1 oz yellow short handled scoop. I was unsure about the length of it from the listing, though, because the listing has what appears to be dimensions for the long handle. Anyway... it's about 6.5 inches long for those that want to know. I went back and ordered a few more after the first purchase b/c this size is so handy. I use my stash of scoops for portion control for kitty kibble, and scooping chia and flax meal for my smoothies. The yellow color is very pleasing and the manufacturing quality is quite good. I just ordered a 4 oz and may add the other sizes soon. Excellent product overall. -- Just want to add that it's made in Mexico, which I appreciate vs. China. Mexico is our neighbor here in the USA and I'm happy to send business its way. It if can't be made here, let it be Mexico or Canada, our neighbors.

Durable, well made, and measurement is spot on.

The material of the spoon is a sturdy glossy plastic, powders just slide off and it cleans very easily!This scoop is the perfect size and amount for Soylent powder, each scoop is almost perfectly 30g of powder so the 8oz serving is 2 scoops (level) and the 12oz serving is 3 scoops (level) then 1 scoop per 4oz extra of water, PERFECT! I measured it with a scale a few times to ensure it was accurate.

Because of longer handle I bought it to use for hot rub chemicals. Works great for what I purchased it for.

I work in a hospital and I use the spoon to dish out patient soup. It works for the measurement but the only problem is the handle is too short. It's like a extra large measuring scoop. I like it but I think the handle can be longer for a better grip based on what I'm using it for.

Simple 3 Tablespoon brown Carlisle Spoon with a sturdy long handle. I use it for coffee. Much easier than scooping three times and spilling grit with each silly move to the coffee pot. It works !

Love the flat bottom, easy to place on table. Sturdy handle and useful for portions. Might need different sizes from this brand.Con - dark colour makes it tricky to measure clear liquids without proper lighting.

Imagine paying 90 plus dollars for a pack of 12 and getting only 1 twice. Like how does that happen

These spoons are quite functional but cosmetically very disappointing.I have purchased a number of other Carlisle portion spoons. The molding quality has been impeccable. With these spoons the outside bottom of the bowl is rough. There is a very conspicuous mark from the gate ("hole" through which the plastic is injected into the mold cavity for the actual part) in the top middle of the handle and roughness on the sides of the handle adjacent to the gate. With other Carlisle spoons I can't even tell for sure where the gate(s) was(were) located. These ARE just cosmetic defects and don't impair function, but they are not something I expect from a Carlisle product.

Sturdy units and of good quality ....of course because it’s Carlisle.
