I don't like the price, but I like the smell and lack of buildup. I think it helps with breakage. I swim regularly and it's kept my hair relatively healthy. I noticed when I tried to switch products, so I'm back to this shampoo and conditioner.

My hair was heat damaged beyond and fried from dying. After I used this for an even a few washes my hair looked and felt so much healthier.It also came back thicker!!! Totally worth the $$
