This is easy to put on my Bell helmet and is doing the job I wanted it for: keeping the gnats that are all over here in June from getting in my helmet. It does seem to allow for air flow. The only problem I have with it is that the elastic in the front digs into my forehead. I will probably end up taping it to the front of my helmet with some painters tape to keep it from touching my face. Otherwise, I am very happy with the purchase.

if your helmet has a visor, and you try to fit this over or around it, your cover will blow away in the wind. You'll have to ride without the visor if it's raining.

This perfect fit on my cycling helmet and if I need this in the rain, I am sure I can be seen. I will update after it rains.

I haven’t used this in the rain yet but judging the material I imagine it’s going to repel water well. I mainly wanted to leave a review for those questioning the fit. I ordered a large and am happy to report that it fits my Sena R1 helmet which is a size medium very well. I imagine it would also fit the Sena large helmet too.

These things look terrible, and make you look terrible. But, when you need one you need one and this functions well. It keeps the rain and wind out of your helmet, and it's bright enough for people to notice.

This doesn't have stretchy material, but the cord around the edge is elastic so that they go on and off the helmet easily enough. Not just for the rain, these also keep your head warmer when it's cool by blocking the vents, but still leaving you a little ventilation under the helmet.

Waterproof, fits well

You are noticed by other road users when you place this over your bike helmet and that's what it is suppose to do.

It works for the job of keeping rain off, and it does have reflective bits on it. But it's basically fancy shower cap.
