Easy to use no instruction however from prior experience it's been suggest to let sit for 20 minutes. I reside near a major city and a VERY a noticable change of taste. During a major water crisis earlier this year this item was DEFINITELY a life saver!

I ordered two and two filters The filters are exactly what you see inside the bottle they do come with the little beads or rocks or you want to call them I do recommend rinsing it first of course but so far my wife loves her bottle the blue one I got the gray one and no trouble with leaks or nothing come really well packaged so far love them wife does too would recommend

I got my bottle with a single alkaline filter today. The product provides no information booklet, however I just dropped it in the bottle that came along as part of the order. But, how long one can use the filter? When it need to change? How many liters of water it can alkaline- before that filter need to be replaced?Lots of questions

At first, the water tasted good, but after about two weeks, the last inch of water near the filter at the bottom started to taste off.

Water taste ok…not sure how it can really filter water for entire bottle when filter sits on bottom of bottle. Not really sure if it is making difference in ph level of water due to this reasoning.

I love my new alkaline water bottle! It was easy to wash, clean, and put back together. It is so convenient to be able to just refill my bottle instead of having to buy cases of alkaline water. I am never without it. It would make a great gift for anyone.
