Electric Wine Opener, Cordless Battery Powered Wine Bottle Opener with Foil Cutter, Metallic Finish (Silver)

This is the third battery-powered opener I have owned (the previous ones were other brands). I liked the other two very much, but after a few years' use they each had more trouble getting the cork out. One was rechargeable, the other only had two batteries, so I though a four-battery unit would be much stronger. Not to be. This one has difficulty moving the cork at all. I tried two different sets of brand-new batteries, but it still won't work properly. The only way to get out the cork is to press the button and twist the opener and/or bottle until it comes out. My older openers still work much better. A simple waiter's tool is more sufficient. The only good thing is that it comes with a good foil cutter, and two air pump/sealers for getting the air out of an opened bottle to kept a bit longer. Otherwise, it simply doesn't have the power to work as it intended to do. Not recommended.

The opener requires 4 AA batteries. It drains the battery fast or doesn’t have enough power to drill down and pull up the cork. You will constantly have to use the up and down button just to get the machine to work. Side of the opener broke since it’s plastic. I just gave up on my wine opener and went back to doing it old style (by hand). I definitely would not recommend or gift this to anyone.

The first five or six times I used it, this worked very well. Then I started noticing a bit more difficulty in getting it to turn. I changed all the batteries, even though it had only been about a month since I put them in. Tried it again. It worked once, but with great difficulty. After about 20 minutes, I gave up. Don't waste your money on this one.

Worked for a few months. Then progressively got slower and slower until it just stopped completely. Changed batteries with no help. Apparently switch or motor failed. Junk!

When this electric wine opener was sent to me in August it was missing some parts and was not new. But it did work so I decided to keep it. Now only four months later it has totally stopped working. I have seen on your website that you encourage people who have bought products from Amazon to resell those same products. I believe that I was sold a previous sold product and now that it has stopped working I am stuck with it. I want a new replacement.

This item works great. It’s simple and easy to use. It’s light weight and easy to transport. You can use it in the house or outside.

LOVE THIS! It has made my life way easier. That being said, the wine stoppers broke after one use each. But for he price, the opener and cutter alone make up for it.

Bought as a gift for my friend and she likes it. Easy to use. And comes with some extra neat stuff.
