Q: Is it water cooled? If is not can you add a water cooling system?

No, this isn’t water cooled. I think you’re at 10% duty cycle (1 min welding, 9 min resting) when you’re at this welder’s maximum setting of 180 amps. A water cooled torch isn’t necessary since you’re under 200 amps and have such a low duty cycle. Now, if you’re absolutely deadset on a watercooled torch, I’d check out arc-zone.com’s upgrades for this machine, but doing them will void the warranty.

Q: Is buywelding an authorized miller dealer? rebates are only valid when purchased from an authorized dealer.

They are authorized to sell Miller products but, at the time, my Diversion 180 was not eligible for any rebates offered by Miller.

Q: Is the foot pedal plastic or metal?

The foot pedal is medal! It is an excellent unit but I wish I would have bought one with pulse!
