This chair is what I was looking for. I was tired of laying in my bed watching tv. Easy to put together, I found it easy to recline but hard to retract, but one little adjustment it's all good now. This chair is so comfortable but not to crazy about the massage feature but then again I didn't purchase it for that.

Absolutely thrilled with this chair. It arrived today, almost 5 days early which was a wonderful surprise! Easy to put together. I'm a small woman and my husband is in a leg cast and we still got it together in less than an hour. Very comfortable for my frame. I've tried recliners and they are too big and uncomfortable for me. Why only 4 stars? Just got it so I want to see how it holds up. The massage is quiet, which is a nice bonus. My husband has a recliner that was much more expensive and his massage is much louder. Very happy so far.

I like the value for the money and the quality of the fabric. A comfortable chair. The recline is fine. It could be a little stuffed, but I think that will compress after using for a while. Size is perfect I’m 5’ 7”. I did not buy this for the massage function. I did not like the massage feature as it was uncomfortable and hit in the wrong areas. I disconnected the massage function. Assembly took about an hour from unboxing to final assembly. I would buy this again.

The quality of this product is pretty low. Some of the screws would not go into the pre-drilled holes. The screw heads strip easily so you have to be very careful when putting them in. The swivel on this chair is very difficult to swivel, it does not move easily. The base of the swivel is made of plastic, not metal as I would have thought. And that plastic ring sits directly on the floor. No feet to protect the floor. I would have thought for $250 I would have gotten a better quality chair. The vibration for the massage is rather strange also. I would just say this is a very low quality chair for the money. Would I buy it again? No. Should I return it, probably, but I think it would be a huge hassle to try to send it back. I am just not happy with the quality of this chair at all. But it is what it is. I just want other consumers to know that this is not a good quality.

Like the chairs. Stiff when you first sit in them When putting on the arms screw hole is off very slightly. Wiggle the allen wrench in the hole a bit. Do not over tighten

Very comfortable chair. I’m a 52 yr old woman and put it together in about 30 minutes. Needed help holding the back when I put it on but probably could have done it alone if I had to. Love the color and how it looks. Know that the swivel is not smooth and the massage is more vibration than anything. I do enjoy it while crocheting. All in all it’s been worth the money.

Nice chair, was easy to put together, arms was the only hard part to assemble. Only dislike is the color of the bases, much more red then brown. Also, the arms are a little lower than I prefer.

We have had this chair for two months. And we have had nothing but problems with it. Bolts keep falling out of the chairs after they’ve already been tightened a second time and the squeak with turning the chair is awful. Would not recommend buying this chair.
