Q: Do these work for the xbox series 2 elite controller?

Technically yes, but you will also need either elite series 1 dome piece and thumbsticks or regular xbox thumbsticks. The base of the joystick also sits lower so it may interfere with the movement. If you are only repairing stick drift, you can use just one of the potentiometers off these with the one on the elite 2 controller causing the drift, as they are the same. The nintendo switch pro controllers use potentiometers with higher range from what I've been told. So while they may fit, they won't function correctly based on that information. Although I haven't been able to confirm that for myself.
