Cubavera Men's Linen-Blend Pants with Drawstring (Size Small-5x Big & Tall)

I had ordered these for my husband for vacation and was pleasantly surprised. My husband is about 5'8" so most linen pants are too long...the fact that I could pick up a 30 in inseam was awesome!! The length was perfect! Secondly the front is a button front with the back a classic stretch band which gives it a much classier look than a complete stretch band...loved that. I purchased the black XL hoping they would fit him as he is a 38-40...they didn't have the black in the XXL 30 in inseam when I was looking. Thank goodness they fit but not much room to spare...so if you are a fit 38-40 (hubby pretty muscular) I'd say you could squeeze into the XL but the XXL may be more comfortable if it's available. Great quality...definitely recommend!!

I'm planning a Caribbean vacation and need some "dress" pants for evening wear. These pants were the best option, at least "on paper." Based on other user reviews, it seemed like these were decent quality at a good price, so I took the plunge and ordered two pair; Natural and Black.My main concern was inseam length. I usually wear 44 (W) x 34 (L) jeans. I was somewhat concerned about the waist but greatly concerned about the length, as usually when pants are sized with "L," "XL," "XXL" they typically are tailored for men with 28 - 30 inch inseam. While I am planning on visiting a tropical island, I wasn't too happy about the thought of wearing "high waters."I'm very happy to report that the XXL size of these pants fit nicely. The waist still has room in the elastic to move and sit without fear of splitting a seam. The length is pretty good for my normal 34 inch inseam, dropping just across the tops of my feet. I should have no issues (and by "issues" I mean mocking stares, points-and-laughs, or snickering at the length of my trousers) while wearing flip-flops. I do not think these pants are long enough on me to wear comfortably with dress shoes or any shoe with a heel. However, if your inseam is shorter then you may be able to get away with different shoe choices.The material of these pants is light and thin, which can be both good and bad.The good:I bought these for vacation on a tropical island where humidity and temps are almost always high. The material is plenty breathable, light and thin, allowing maximum airflow and wicking. I shouldn't have any issues with backside "sweat spots" after sitting for dinner, or if I happen to lounge in a pool-side chaise with some water spray on the surface.The bad:The Natural color pants are thin enough that I need to be cautious of what color undergarment I wear underneath. Any undergarment that's way darker or lighter than your natural flesh tone can be seen "through" the pant material. The same goes for garments that are brightly colored or have bold patterns. So try to avoid wearing your sparkly Superman undies with the Natural pants. Same holds true, even more so, for the White pants. Guys - Take a fashion tip from the ladies: Your undergarment should match or be close to your flesh tone, NOT the pants, when wearing thin, light or white pants. You're welcome.

I'll start with the sizing. I am 5'10" 190#. I typically wear a 36x30" in blue jeans. I was going back and forth on sizing on these, trying to determine whether to get M or L, and 30 vs. 32" (standard) length. In the end, I went L and 32" and am really glad I did. I washed these before wearing on a gentle cycle (Warm water) and put in the dryer on Low for <15 minutes. I had tried them on before washing them and would concur on the 32" length and would say the waist was a comfortable 36". After washing them, they shrunk to be a 29-30" length and the waist is now a snug 36". I would imagine the 30" length would shrink down to a 28" or less.So, post-wash, I'd say a Large 32" is designed to fit someone with a 34-35" waist and 20-30" inseam.Just pass this along, as sizing was the biggest issue I was trying to sort out before purchase.In terms of quality, the stitching seems quite well done. The fabric appears to be a nice blend of linen and cotton. And they are soft and comfortable to wear.I'd repurchase, though probably in an XL for my 36" waist (and with the standard length they offer).

BEFORE YOU BUY: This product is made out of linen and viscose. Translation: it isn't a question of if this will wrinkle but when it will wrinkle. Lets face it amazon shoppers, This product WILL wrinkle and you may need to iron the pants if it is for a formal occasion or if it is for leisure then I am sure no one will care if there is a wrinkle in it. These pants are the most comfortable pants I have ever worn and highly breathable; they are loose around the legs for breathability and airflow. Furthermore, these parents also have a elastic waist band and a draw string but no belt loops (this is a good thing). The fabric is light weight and simply extremely comfortable. I highly recommend buying as I bought 3 pairs for work and evenings out.!!!!! READ BEFORE YOU WASH !!!!! My pant size is a 34:29. I ordered a 34:30 (medium) and the pant length was really long almost to a ~33 length. Cubavera did this on purpose because linen viscose blend does shrink in length!! After washing the pants, the pants came out to a perfect 30 length which was still a little long for my pant size but these are not dressy business pants. if you want to preserve these pants and wash them the right way, wash these pants in COLD water on a delicate cycle (no second rinse). You can use fabric softener and laundry detergent. After washing these pants in cold water on delicate cycle, do not stick these in the dryer. hang these pants outside to dry, checking on them ever 15-20 minutes or so.I commonly do not write reviews on amazon however, after seeing quite a few comments complaints about wrinkling and ironing as well as shrinking, I felt obligated to write this to help you, buyer, so that you will get the most out of your money. Soo many people look at reviews before buying a product on amazon and I hope this review will help the buyer to feel more comfortable about making this purchase. I hope all turns out well for ya!

Comfortable pants would recommend

Very comfortable pants.

When I received these pants they were too long and I asked my wife to hem them. She said she would wash them first and it was a good idea because they shrank to the correct length. She washed them in cold water and did not put them in the dryer. I would recommend that you take the leg length a full size longer and for me after washing they fit great.I will just mention the material is very thin but I am not worried as linen wears extremely well.

Son de buena calidad, muy frescos aun en climas sumamente calidos, el corte es amplio en piernas, el ajuste a la cintura es perfecto pero aun asi tiene elastico. Lo compre en tres colores, tengo un año de usarlos y no se han decolorado ni maltratado la tela.

These are high quality trousers, I really like them, the only downside is sizing as I bought M & L and there seem to be more than just 1 size difference between them! However, I still think these are really nice trousers and both sizes M and L are still good to wear without much trouble!
