I liked the size of the mat and the measurement markers, but I really appreciate the way it sticks to the table, making for a clean, steady surface for flour and dough-kneeding. It is also easy to wash by hand and stores well; it folds up surprisingly small. Great for small spaces.

Perfect mat to prep bagels or sourdough loaves! I haven’t used it in the oven. I only use it for prep. It seems like it would be too large to actually bake with
