Unable to star as unable to use, no suction from straw very expensive for nothing

I literally love this water bottle! I purchased for a design show I was doing and it kept my drink cold for at least 8 hours while the place was extremely hot! It has never leaked and is a great size!

Amazon box seemed fine, but when I opened the parcel the inner box was crumpled and the bottle had small scratched to the paint. I thought about just brushing it off and keeping it, but when I filled it with water the straw didn’t work. There is no suction to the inner bottle. I had checked to see if there are any instructions to set up the bottle and the inside straw seemed to be fit correctly but it just wouldn’t work So so disappointed for such an expensive bottle!

I bought this and thought it didn’t work, you need to put the plastic part right back till it clicks! Love it, keeps my drinks cold all dat

Best bottle ever! I love ice cold water and this keeps it cool all night which is great!

Brought this bottle on the recommendation of someone else. It does look good and keeps my drink nice and cool, but it leaks if the bottle is upside down out the straw and the paint is flaking off around the top. So ok but not worth £30.
