Great for perimenopausal acne for ppl with dry skin
I don't use this for psoriasis but I love this as I now get occasional hormonal acne breakouts due to perimenopause but I also have *VERY* dry skin. The 3% salicylic acid is really helpful in keeping my pores clean while helping my skin stay moisturized without being greasy. I use this and I use skin oil as spot treatment on areas that need extra moisture. Love this!
