I love the idea of getting my veggies in a pill. Been taking them for three weeks and no side effects. I’ll keep taking them and likely order another bottle when I’m done with this one.

This is my second order. A real high value product. It is excellent for my liver. I have lots of energy after taking. Also eases brain fog. No unpleasant smell or after taste even though it's cruciferous vegetables. Love it

I have been doing ketogenics for 6 years and have always been a big salad eater. But this supplement gives me what I need in one small easy to swallow pill. Its a great substitute when I'm able to eat salad or greens.The price is very reasonable for 90 pills. The smell is a garlic, green leafy vegetable smell. I have not noticed any bloating as others have stated. As for "not noticing a difference"? This supplement is not a quick fix. Its a food supplement and just as with food, it takes time to work its magic. Patience is a virtue for a reason. Stick with it and you wont be sorry. Where else can you invest $20 and get a 3 month supply of cruciferous vegetables? Expiration date is over a year away.

Absolutely, love the vitamin. I take this consistently, as it is a supplement for what I am missing in my daily intake. If you don't like big pills then I wouldn't recommend the vitamin to you.
