It is the Only neck pillow that work for me! And its gave me chance to relax neck muscles and upper shoulder muscles while in flight. Unfortunately, a lot of airlines prohibited usage of inflatable devices on the flight - "can create obstacles in case of evacuation" . So, on my last flight from Tokyo Hawaiian Airline stopped me from using this pillow! And it was devastating for my neck. So, Google it before your flight to know if your airline prohibited use of this devices. And, may be change airline that you planning to flight with. No more Hawaiian for me, for sure!

I found that this product lost a little bit of the air pressure during use. Also, this is a tall pillow, so you might find yourself tipping to either side as you sleep (if you do sleep). I recently completed two 10+ hour flights. I tried to use this pillow during each, but being in regular economy class (thus the reason for the pillow) I found that there really isn't enough room between the seats to really get good use of the product. If the person in front of you reclines their seat, you're pretty much screwed. That's not a complaint against this product, but rather all pillows of this nature will have a problem with the lack of space.

I will admit, I was embarrassed blowing up these pillows on the plane, but they were absolutely necessary for our flight to and from Hawaii. I was actually able to get some sleep while on the plane with these pillows. They deflate very quick and easily fold back into the bag it comes with. Great purchases.

The versatility of this product is such a gift. People in the plane asked me how I liked it. I loved how the design have a place for my arms or my hands or neck support. I blew on it to the firmness that suited me. It was easy to use. A must for long international flights! Or road trips!

First things first, this thing SMELLS. I’d recommend letting it air out for a few days before flying with it. I was able to get an hour of sleep on a six hour overnight flight. The face holes come in two different sizes, just flip it around. I think my problem was the chemical/plastic smell of a new beach ball that prevented me from snoozing for longer.

Initially when I received this, I thought, Oh Lord, this is weird looking...will I have the guts to use this on our plane trip to Hawaii, which is 9 hours in the air? Before going on that trip, we were taking a 10 hour road trip to our nephew's wedding. So that was the initial test, where no one would see this except my husband and perhaps a random glance from a passing motorist.I get very sleepy on a trip, but could never get comfortable, no matter what I tried. I have a cedar chest half full of travel pillows that I don't use. But let me tell you, weird as this looks, it was Extremely comfortable in the car. I could use it in different positions. If I didn't need glasses to see, I could have used it resting my face in the top & inserting my arms in the side and actually read! But that's not possible if you need to wear your glasses. Regardless, it kept my head in a comfortable position and I could actually sleep.The next trip was Hawaii. It worked just as great on an airplane as in the car. At this point, I didn't care what anyone thought...the woman sitting next to me thought it was kind of cool.It did not take a lot of effort to blow up, actually little effort at all. It had a double valve, I think it was called, that prevented the air from escaping. When you were done with it and wanted to deflate it, it was very quick and easy with the valve system.The only thing I don't like about this is the storage bag. It's almost impossible to get the deflated pillow back in it, unless you're an engineer or Hercules. I found a bigger drawstring bag that I used and that worked much better. It was still small enough that it fit into my carry-on bag. All this I could do in a few minutes when we landed and were still in the plane.All in all, I'm glad I bought this and I highly recommend this product. My sister tried it and she loved it too! My hunt is over.

Mixed feelings on this one. I had to put extra air into it to feel supported. I am 6’2” and I felt I had to slump over a bit to rest on it. I think it would be great against a window or to share with the person next to you (hopefully you are traveling together!) I don’t think this would be ideal if you want to travel light…it is a little bulky.
