This mount is very sturdy and holds both monitors in place while allowing easy adjustment of the angle and height. The range of motion is excellent and the assembly was effortless. I'm able to have two 19" screens stacked vertically using this mount. The pneumatic arm adjustment was easy to set and has been working great. I had considered getting a dual arm mount from a vendor on Amazon that would have been at least twice as expensive and am glad I went with the Vivo unit instead, as it is easy to set up and adjust.Customer service was efficient and easy to work with, as well. One of the mount arms that was shipped had a problem with the pneumatic and would not hold a position, but I called Vivo and they immediately shipped a replacement without any hassle. The replacement works without any problem. My desk is a small mobile desk, like a mobile computer station at a hospital, and the surface is only around an inch thick and made of particleboard. To increase the stability of the mount stalk, I placed the circular plate provided for the grommet installation option in between the plate for the C-clamp and the desk surface. That was a useful addition and removed some flex that the mount was having from the lack of density of the particleboard.I would highly recommend this company's product lines, they're a great value.

I like the product. Arms are adjustable and monitors can be easily placed into view.

It was very easy to install, and overall a good product. My only complaints is I wish the arm was a bit longer to allow more seamless vertical and horizontal maneuvers and the screw that how's the monitors horizontal position is just plain loose and can't been tightened. Sometimes when trying to get that perfect angle, the monitor will droop.Some parts of it is way too stiff and doesn't allow easy movementOverall, it's a good product.

Sturdy, easy to install although NOT as easy as I would have liked to quickly change positions. I wanted to use this to move two monitors from sit to stand height quickly but just like all the other arms I have tried, it's more work than it's worth to move the height so I just have both monitors stay in one position. It's super sturdy with them high in standing position, though so that is a bonus. One day I will find the perfect solution but for now this will have to do I guess.

It was easy to install and has saved a lot of space on my desk. I'm enjoying it so far—it holds two 28-inch monitors effortlessly.

I write this review 12 EMAILS, 10 photos, and 2 phone calls deep into trying to get a resolution. Their customer may as well be a recording because they cannot seem to think for themselves. If you ever have an issue with your mount, you're better off returning to Amazon as they will ask for every angle and ask you every question under the sun, to avoid actually doing anything.The mount, if it was straight, seems sturdy. It's a shame that their quality control is off and their customer support is lacking.Update: A couple days later, I was able to get a replacement, but it should have not taken as much effort as it did.

I bought one of these in the standard version for my old desk. Once I converted to a standing desk, it was too short, and I had neck pain from looking down. On a whim, I decided to see if Amazon had extra tall ones. When I saw the same brand did actually make a taller version, I jumped. It arrived today and I set it up. Absolutely perfect! I can now look at my monitors ergonomically correct again. I love the Vivo one because of the different movements and adjustments it allows.This was very easy to set up, just like its smaller sibling. All the pieces come in marked bags so you don't have to guess what part is what. All the tools needed come in the bags.In just a few minutes, I was able to set up and have my desk and monitors up just how they were with a standard desk.

I spent a lot of time reviewing tall monitor stands with adjustable pneumatic arms. My use case was to place two 24" monitors above the 27" monitors on my desk. The pole is thick and durable, and the C-clamp provides a good grip on desk. Arms are easy to adjust and tighten to stay in place. There is no shake when I raise or lower my adjustable height desk. It took me 20 minutes to assemble by myself after watching VIVO's instruction video. Don't mess with non-pneumatic arm stands, when the cost of pneumatic arms is not much more expensive. I highly recommend this product for anyone wanting a tall pneumatic arm stand.
