We love this mini basketball hoop and balls however it didn’t work out to use it. It wouldn’t stay on the door, I’m not sure if our doors are too thick. My kids loved playing with it and it survived getting knocked down. If it fits on the door, I highly recommend. The ball pump is great that it’s included!

the over the door hook made me mad at first because i didn't think i would be able to close the door. its this plastic clip that you have to stretch open wide enough to fit over your door. problem is, the bend makes it stick up too far to close the door. a friend of mine has a hoop like this for his son and told me to push it down and close the door, and leave it closed over night. the plastic actually conforms to the door. and it worked! we can open and close the door just fine now. it would be nice if it came with some kind of instructions explaining this. despite my initial frustration, i am giving 5 stars because my son absolutely loves it! i didn't know how sturdy it was going to be, but it has lasted a few weeks of slam dunks so far. i love that it comes with good balls. they come deflated so you use the included pump to blow them up. the balls bounce good and are about the size of a baseball. great purchase for my 8 yr old son!

I remember every boy having one of these small bball hoop sets in their rooms while I was growing up. They would hang them up within range of their bed and practice tossing them from their bed. My son was no different. He instinctually decided that was the best place for it. However he had a textured wall and ceiling so it didn't stick that great. We used his bedroom door and it worked. We have also used it for points when studying for a quiz. When he got a question right, he got to shoot. We even used it to play a version of HORSE for his spelling words. He is a very kinetic learner so this works perfectly for him.

Pretty sturdy for the price. No avaliable door to hang it but this curtain rod works perfectly.

My mom bought this s as an Easter gift and my kids love it. Not flimsy, fits in the back of the door. Good quality.

I was looking for a hoop to put on inside of our patio door. I couldn’t find one so I bought this hoop and was able to add suction cups in place of over the door brackets. It worked perfectly! Maybe the company could include suction cups in the future. Their are no products out there that can adhere to a patio door for indoor or outdoor play. My grandsons love this new backboard and hoop with the suction cups!!!
