Don't waste your time sending an email to the customer help web site - still waiting for a response after 6 business days. Don't let the cheap price sucker you to buy it - Thank goodness for Amazon's wonder return policy.

Very nice shelf, but hard to put together.
I consider my self smart mostly, however this shelf was smarter. Took me three attempts and frustration to get it done. It’s up now and super cute. Definitely need baskets or bins for everything but towels.

Shelves do not hold up
I like that it's sturdy and reached to the ceiling for grip. Has plenty shelves and stretches to any desired length.Now the weight that you put on those shelves vary. Mine would slide down with the weight of my body sprays and perfumes, hair products and such! They have these rubber bands for grip but it didn't work for me. I did wedge the rubber band in there and tried moving the shelf so it grips. Kinda worked.I did have a hard time putting it together as the poles didn't have the letters or what not to follow the instructions. It might of had them on the plastic bags they were in, I didn't see any and there for I struggled A LOT!I still like it, I might need to add baskets to hold things as the bars are wide apart and things will fall through.

Flimsy
I had very high hopes for this. However while it is super versatile, it is very flimsy. It would never have held much on the shelves. The "shelves" are thin poles that would bend easily, even under light weight items. If you do not need to expand or open the length of the shelves they would likely be a little more sturdy.

Impossible to actually use
It's impossible to assemble- and once I actually assembled it, it doesn't work well enough to hold towels. SUPER disappointed.

Parts may not be labeled, but it's easy.
Great shelf, holds everything. You may want to get mats to put on shelves for smaller items. Very happy with it
