In the beginning, within 24 hours of delivery I had given it a shining review, but I could not have been more wrong. boAt does not honor its warranty and does not provide customer service - The strap quality turned out to bad that it burns the skin and leaves permanent rashes - Time keeps changing to different time zones on its own - App is buggy, unreliable and watch faces keep changing on their own - Charge does not hold even for 24 hours - Not to mention it takes almost half a day to charge the watch - Extremely limited features, not even worth the current price Turned out to be a real awful disappointment in under 14 days. Tried reaching out customer service, they cannot even string a statement accurately let alone help. They tried nothing to help and gave the worst excuses. BoAT should not have entered the watch market. Utter failure. ** OLD REVIEWS ** Although it is less than 24 hours since we received the delivery and started using it, I feel confident enough to give it 4 Stars at this point. If something changes, will update. Pros: 1. Style: Elegant, light, easy on skin and sufficient watch faces to personalize to represent your style 2. Battery: Charged pretty fast and in 24 hours, only 7% consumed. It seems it may last more than 7 days. 3. Setup: It was fairly straight forward if you are even moderately technical. 4. Configuration: The dashboard is rather simply and easy to get to and setup. 5. Safety: Wash and Dust Proof and screen does not leave any impressions, so good on that account too. Cons: 1. Wrist strap does not cater for smaller, slimmer wrists 2. Only recognizes Male or Female and ignores Trans or Non-Binary Identities. Its 2022, c'mon! Overall not bad for the price and a good starter smart watch.

Ok but how to assemble any service is there

I brought a blue color one 3-4 years ago ! the working condition is not too good ! The battery and charging aren't working well ! The side button is stuck ...but maybe you take good care of it ...it might last long unlike mine

I ordered this smart watch and it took more than one week to receive it unfortunately the item was not working at all then ordered for a replacement. however the replacement has its own issues – finishing is not proper making it look and feel cheaply made. I will share detailed review after few months of usage.
