I've only really started using this since we got back off holiday, and I'm using it about twice daily. There is a difference in taste, although I do want to buy a tester to see the difference in the purity from tap water. It's very quiet when running and takes about 30 minutes before it starts to steam the water and it's generally finished within an hour, so it's very economical. I use it in the kettle, for cooking food, and watering the plants. However, I could now start actually drinking the water as it's so clear, as I could see all sorts of film on the tap water. Unfortunately, it does not come with any carbon filters, so I bought some separately. Positives: Glass container for the steamed water Stainless steel container Pretty lightweight, even when filled. Easy to move and clean Love the removable wire cords Negatives Quite large, but we have put on our kitchen window sill, as fortunately it's large. Our kitchen space is tiny. Does not come with any carbon filters The glass jug handle was quite fiddly The first time I used it, it did have a few particles remaining, so I bought the filters and it's crystal clear now Highly recommended if you are looking for a daily use water distiller.

Was producing very little distillate, found cause was stainless steel water heater failed at top with a fatigue crack after 3 months of usage causing water to enter the electrics. Very disappointed.

My friend has one and her water taste just absolutely amazing but hers came with like tea bag which goes in the funnel in hers, but my didn’t have that an mine taste really horrible I’ve washed the whole system 4-5 times emptied the water and one it again over 12 times now, but it still tastes like hot water gone off, but very tangy it’s horrible, can anyone help ??

Initially bought after my original distiller died after three years. Great product as the auto off switch and the off switch prevent the distiller element from overheating. Great value for money as it is used continually up to three times a day

I love these distillers .This is a tad bigger than my old one that had to be replaced after long term use. This is much quieter too . Very easy to use and clean . Excellent quality great value..

The box this was delivered it was well designed and held everything tightly in place for shopping. So everything arrived in one piece safely. Only things missing was some of the parts listed on the manual, but not found in the box. Like the cleaning critic acid and the carbon filter. But other than that works very well. Just have to be very careful putting together the straps around the glass jug, as it could be fiddly for some. And I should have checked the size of the unit for storage when not being used! As but the unit and the glass jug take up a good amount of space. One small thing you may should think about ordering is the glass jug and how are you going to store the distilled water and jug! :-)
