Mostly tuna with a little crab. Cats like it at the same level as the Tuna and Mackerel. I like it for its lack of fillers. Digestion has improved across the board with all my cats by reducing the amount of grains, corn, potatoes and the like in their diets. I really hate diarrhea. Pure protein changes that substantially.
