What is the difference brtween multipurpose and food service sanitizer

Can it be used on a couch? Like lysol?

No, I wouldn't use it on a couch...I'm assuming it's for hard surfaces in the kitchen and cutting boards...it's use is best for grease and bacteria clean-up.

If covid takes 60% alcohol to kill and this product says it’s 30% alcohol, how is it effective for killing covid?

Alcohol is only one ingredient of the product's formula. The entire formula makes this spray effective as a sanitizer and disinfectant.

How would you use this to sanitize an area where raw chicken was used? If there is still raw chicken juice? Do you spray, let it sit, then wipe?

Sanitizing a surface will only work if it is clean. You would clean it first and then spray the sanitizer. You can let the sanitizer air dry, it doesn't take long. Or wipe away after letting it sit for the indicated amount of time.
