Great product
This was recommended to myself. I bought this specific brand as it's the correct one. It's a great product for my training. The only thing that I would say is that it's abit expensive for such little amount of tablets. I can highly recommend this product if you're not sure about spending money on these. They also came the next day with prime.

Easy to take
These capsules are of average size and therefore easy to swallow with some water. Each capsule contains 250mg of the active ingredient Turkesterone. The bottle states to take two capsules per day with food. Doing this will mean you are good for 30 days. It is really difficult to assess and quantify how much of an improvement the product produces in me. I feel more focussed & energised in my workouts and my mood has been more uplifted in general. I have had some DOMS but it could be because I have pushed myself harder than normal in my workouts. Gains have been made. Whether they would have been made anyway without the item or how much extra in my gains this product caused, is unmeasurable because I am a single individual. A massive sample size of people with a double blind test analysis would be needed to show results and even then, there are so many variables and considerations to take into account. There is some research to show the benefits of Turkesterone. The product seems reasonable value for money, with how it is priced. I can only suggest you give it a try for yourself, to see whether it aids your workouts and goals. Especially when you have hit a plateau.

Great product !
This product is an amazing product for anyone who wants to add muscle mass and strength. I found this product to be gentle on my stomach and I really liked that it was all-natural. This is a product that I would recommend to anyone who is serious about bulking up. This is a good product for people who want to increase their strength, build lean muscle, and want to be vegan. This product is good for people who want to increase their resistance training and are looking for a vegan and natural alternative. This is a good product for people who want to take a natural supplement while trying to build lean muscle.

Rubbish - tastes of old paper, greasy bottle, and a massive sticker over the safety information
Second 'German Pharma' product, and both times they've been utter trash. First was creatine that was mouldy and smelt like paint, then this. Though at least the safety seal was intact this time, unlike other German Pharma products. The capsules smell and taste of old paper or cardboard, and while small and fairly easy to swallow, they are extremely unpleasant. Dosage is apparently 2 capsules per day (500 mg total) but since there is no approved dosage data, this seems somewhat arbitrary. 60 caps in a bottle, so a 30 day supply for nearly £30!? It's up to you if that's worth it, but to me it absolutely isn't. Maybe if the suffix "-esterone" is appealing to you, and you're making links you shouldn't be making, then this product might be your placebo? There was an enormous sticker which was hard to remove. This completely covered all traces of safety and allergen information! When I eventually got most of it off, I found that it obscured the parts that said "Keep out of reach of children", as well as the allergen information (made in facility that processes MILK, EGG, SOY, WHEAT, NUTS, PEANUTS, FISH, CRUSTACEANS, and SHELLFISH). Had I not tried to remove the label I wouldn't have had a clue. I have read other reviews on this product and am quite astounded at the difference in experiences and attitudes to the performance of the product. To me, it has made no difference at all. The placebo effect is strong in some, I guess... Would avoid, unless you can spare the money. But if you can, there are better things to spend it on anyway, like charity, or burning it. Complete waste of time, effort, and hard earned cash. AVOID!

Almost As Good As Rhodiola
I have been in the health food business for many years and must admit I had never heard of this supplement until it came on Vine. I did some research into it. "Turkesterone is considered an adaptogen, much like ashwagandha or Rhodiola. It supports mental health by helping the body cope with stress and fatigue. Some find that it improves sleep and reduces anxiety, brain fog, feelings of “burnout” and low motivation, which can be a symptom of depression." Others use it to build muscle and to have an effect on the libido, but in fairness, there is little evidence for this effect. I took the supplement for just over a week. I have BP issues and my BP did come down. I have been suffering from extreme fatigue for the last 2 weeks due to the side effects of a very bad flu. The fatigue has been aided by this supplement. Overall I prefer Rhodiola, but this is still a pretty nice and effective adaptogen. It has helped with fatigue and it is a product I am happy to recommend.

Sounds good, did nothing...
Turkesterone seems like one of the current buzz-foods at the moment but as usual there seems to be little evidence to back up any of the claims. I've tried a couple of the anabolic and/or testosterone-boosting supplements and I can't say that this German Pharma Turkesterone has been particularly effective, aside from a possible placebo effect. These capsules are easy enough to take, moderately sized and with no obvious flavour or aroma and I don't get any digestive issues with them. But I don't get any particular benefit from them either. If you're looking for something to boost your workouts and make them more productive then I'd stick with Creatine which has a recognised effect and has been extensively tested. If you're looking for a boost to libido then try Tribulus Terrestris or Tongkat Ali which both have some evidence suggesting they're beneficial, though they don't actually boost testosterone either. This Turkesterone didn't do much for me, but try it if you're curious.
