I love these. Comfy indoor slippers/shoes. Slip on easily but don't feel like will fall off all the time like slippers. Quite flat on inside with little cushioning. Flat sole too, but bends easily so feel comfortable and natural when walking. I wouldn't tout these as a running shoe, maybe running to put the bins out in the morning but that's it. For me, size is accurate for UK sizing. Bought size 10, snug but comfy, with a little stretch in the fabric too. Would buy again Update: 12 months on these are still going strong. I use most days as slippers though. As they lose their stretch slightly, definitely not suitable for outdoors imho

Bad fit. Possibly dangerously bad design. The main body is too flimsy, it does not hold you firmly allowing your foot to move forward and left on impact. The heel feels unbalanced, like there is a lump inside the outer sole material causing an unbalanced footfall. It proved painful on the walk to work when my foot slid off the insole completely and twisted my ankle. Nothing major but quite painful and potentially dangerous. I recommend you avoid these.
