Great laptop, non-reliable dispatch
Great laptop, needed to buy for one of my service guys. Needed to have Windows 7 and with the many connection ports fill our requirements perfectly! Initially delivery was mis-routed, which resulted in delivery taking much, much longer than it should have. Shame as I was in a hurry which caused me to have to purchase another unit temporarily which I've since returned. Again laptop was on point, shipping terrible and not reliable which was inconvenience.

Underperforms for the price
I've been using this laptop almost daily for about 15 months now. As far as I'm concerned, this laptop's only redeeming quality is the keyboard. They keyboard is fantastic and earned a star in and of itself...everything else is less than stellar. The trackpad is highly innacucrate and frustrating to use, to the point where I almost can't use this laptop productively without a mouse. The battery life has been horrendous since day one, 45 minutes on a good day. The screen pales in comparison to competitors in this price range. Processing speed and overall performance is pathetic given what you pay for this computer, especially when performing high usage tasks. I would strongly recommend against this laptop. Very displeased with the quality (or lack there of).
