Sound quality is good but very bad warranty service
I purchased on 25/06/24, after use of 3 months the case stopped charging the ear buds. I sent the product to Bangalore with courier charges from my pocket and return charges also borne by me. Their technician didn't resolve the issue but returned my product with a report that problem is solved. I continuously followed up with them for 1 month but result is zero. I didn't want to file consumer case for small amount of loss. So be careful to purchase CROSSBEAT products since you will not get warranty service and your money is lost.

Worst and fake Product
Don't buy this Crossbeats, I brought Crossbeats slide for 1299 in offer and when I received it the sound quality is worst than 800rs Earbuds and after 2 days left earbuds is not working.Please improve your quality and enter the market clean.
