Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate & Cocoa - Sweet Ground Powder, Chocolate, 3 Lb

Really good dark chocolate powder. It's hard to get it to mix with just a spoon in cold milk. I used my blender. Chocolate, banana and milk blended makes a yummy on the go breakfast.

I love Ghirardelli cocoa powder. It's so chocolaty, I could finally make homemade hot chocolate or mocha that tastes chocolaty or baked goods! I'll never go back, or it's going to be hard making me switch.

Yummy. Great taste. We make Mexican Mochas with the powder. My hubby also does chocolate milk with it.

I use it daily with my coffee and a bit of warm milk. My major complaint with it has nothing to do with the product or contents, but rather that, its container has come damaged more often lately; once without a lid. With a serving size of 3 Tbsp, it is very rich, so I usually cut it to 2.I started using this product as a replacement for Swiss Miss Dark Chocolate since it is a bulk product and has less unnecessary trash

Expensive, but worth every penny.
