The seller is the best.
We left the following review and the seller contacted us to rectify the issue. They had a new one shipped to us before we had submitted a return. The new one does not have the issue the previous on did. We also ended up purchasing the ASU and the Ole Miss cups because we like the quality and comfort of the handle so much. “The logo and lettering wash off after the first handwashing!”
