Good Belt. RDX is always solid.
Sturdy, comfortable, functional. RDX is always good and this hangs in the same tier. I have used it for dips and belt squats. Solid company. Might be that the clips that come with it should be changed out depending on the amount of weight you put on it, but so far they have held up. I think it claims 500lb cap. If I were going to really push that I might would use better clips. But, good belt.

Great belt
Very comfortable belt and well made. For the price you can’t beat it. Get yourself one.

Great buy for beginner and intermediate lifters!
Purchased this for doing weighted dips and pull-ups. Compared to other dip belts this one is pretty light. The chains and clip are probably about half the weight of a standard belt you may find lying in the gym, though it does not necessarily feel cheap, just really light. The belt feels good on my back and I have up to this point been able to add 25 pounds of weight comfortably. I imagine that this would not be the best fit for anyone who is an advanced power-lifter, as I don't think the chains and clip will hold out over time. Solid buy!

For increasing intensity on dips, this is the hot ticket...
Oh yeah, as if doing dips alone wasn't enough, now I had to have a dipping power belt to add more weight! Ha! Anyway, after reading other reviews and pulling the trigger, I say this is a great buy. I've been using olympic weights so far, but I'm only up to 25lb single plates so far. I've tried a couple different latching positions, including just a single loop through the weight and a double. No problems whatsoever except making the dips that much harder :-) I like the way it hangs fairly close to the thigh area so you can grip the weight easily and keep it from swinging. Very good buy.

Fantastic for belt squats
Using this primarily as a belt for a DIY cable belt squat. It held up to 200 lbs easily. Seems like it’s built well with good-quality stitching. A+.

Missing Chainbelt and too small.
Product was too small around the waist, and the package came opened without the chain belt. Maybe it’ll work for someone with a waist smaller than 27”. But missing the chain belt was a critical error.

A good belt for weighted dips and pull ups
Well made, strong chain and D-rings, nice clip, comfortable. While I have used it for only a short time, I don't have any reason at this point to suspect it won't last.
