Great for expanding someone's little world and adding more play time and less screen time to any child's day.

Just like everything in 2023 , the cost cutting is very obvious . The mega construx bricks have a different feel to them now .not like the monster high mega blocks . They feel more rubbery and the base plates for the bottom of the house are thin and you can not snap blocks underneath them . A big no no for bricks ...One piece came warped real bad. Could not use.But the bricks still fit together fine except the flat smooth long pices you use for floorboards and whatnot . They are very hard to snap on anything now. It has to be 100 percent precise .then they go on .O.k now the good stuff.Ymyes , you can turn this set into the actual barbie dreamhouse that came out 2 years ago ! I did (see pics) they should have just done it this way but i see they didn't want to repeat a product. But collectors would love to build the actual house .so i did and its more adorable then i hoped !I also had enough left over pieces to make a small park and a drive in and a garden ( i used 2 of the yellow base plates from other legos i had ,they are not included )I did not spend 80 on this .nope . 40 . Witch is doable !I thought id dislike the new figures . But they are really growing on me ! So cute and the color reveals are a fun way to take a dip in the pool !I have only done 2 but it comes with a great amount of figures and like 4 or 5 pets !!!!What they lacked in value and quality , they made up for with accessories and pets ,cloths (witch only hang on the hangers ) dolls cant wear the clothes .but the hats fit fine ) plus the color change on the small dolls and the car and someother places im sure i just have not discovered yet .Will definitely keep your attention for a long time . I dont think this mega barbie series will last to long. Not like the last barbie ones they did.But they gave what they could . Now only if mega construx got the memo adult collectors would die for mega construx models of old barbie homes like the a frame dollhouse and the magical mannsion ! Id pay 300 for a set like that ! You need to hit that adult barbie collectors mega blocks ! We are out here and waiting for adult sets like those !!!! But i am very happy for 40 bucks !I would not have gotten if 80 !!!

My granddaughter adores this Barbie dream house block set!She loves that it matches her big Barbie Dream House! Even includes the elevator!Great attention to detail!

If your kids like Barbie, this product is adorable and they will love it once assembled. However, if you are looking for Lego brand quality product this misses the mark. The pieces do not click together as easily as Lego and was much harder for my child to do. I do not plan to buy another Barbie block product; I will stick to the Lego brand.
