These are about Half the size of sardines. Baby sardines they call sprats. But have a great flavor. These are in soybean oil /fish oil, Not water. Great for an evening snack or for breakfast .

Has all the good stuff your body needs - from calcium to lots of vitamins. Nothing goes to waste - not even the tin can they came in! Drain the oil (Dogs and Cats love it) and mix with their dry food. Eat the Sardines... Wash tin cans and use them for your garden.... Slugs? Pour a little beer and set this in the garden. Sardines are so good, the School has called me TWICE ... as my granddaughter smuggled a can to school (two different times)... Apparently the School system has a policy on what you can bring in for lunch! :)

I like sardines in mustard sauce as a snack any time of day. In the past I have bought this brand and flavor in the grocery stores. Seeing it on Amazon at the price offered was too tempting to pass up. The product passed all of my tests. Very satisfied, and will eventually purchase again. And again. And again.

My box of cans came from Poland and are delicious. The only problem is that of the eight I've eaten the pull tab has snapped off six cans! Had to get a knife and pry up the lid, spilling the oily liquid. Messy but tasty.

These are great! Says sprats on ingredients. Not sure the difference. They taste very good. Says product of Poland. Not sure the difference between that and Canada or Maine for product. They taste very good. Going to order more.

They are not sardines in the U.S. but in some countries they might be. So what is a Sprat? Sprats are a kind of fish. The sprats are tiny, and are normally sold canned. You are supposed to eat the whole sprat. The canned sprats are very very soft, so even the heads, tails and fins taste the same as the rest of the sprat. We fried ours because they were slimy. Not to bad just not what I was buying, I wanted sardines not sprats!!!

I just received my Beach Cliff Sardines in Soybean Oil the other day. Last night, I had a can. They taste delicious, and very fresh tasting. This is one of the perfect Top Foods for the KETO Diet. There are many makers of Sardines on the market. (Trust me, I have tried them all!), however; BEACH CLIFF is the best maker cuz it is fresh tasting, medium sized, and even has the bone and skin on it, which by the way the bone is very nutritious for its calcium content. Perfect to put in briefcase or pocketbook, to the office, to the school, and all around - Everywhere! Thank you, BEACH CLIFF, for your Delicious, Nutritious Sardines! PS I eat mine out of the can, however; you can also make a sandwich of it by draining the soybean oil, slicing up white onions and placing on Rye Bread. Yummy! :)

Been eating these for 30 plus years. Not the best sardines available. But most certainly the best for the money. First time I ever tried them you could buy a tin of sardines, a pack of saltines and a soda for less than a buck.
