If you weigh more than 30 lbs don't buy. For my 24 lb 3 yr old, this is great. Downside is she wants me to demonstrate things for her. I being 115 lbs, am WAY too heavy. The beam caves in. Imagine trying to do balance bean work on a bosu ball. It's like that. It's not pretty. For anyone witnessing. So do yourself a favor and get something with more support so you don't look like a drunk Ms. Rachel while dead sober.
