Really can't observe a thing after using this tea.. Have already finished 1 box bought 3piece box pack. I wouldnt purchase again

For me at least, I've found that not all senna teas are created equally. Smooth Move has been far too aggressive and crampy on my guts even when taken with a ton of water, but something about the 3 Ballerina tea agrees with my body a whole lot better.Sandwich a hot cup between two full glasses of water (one before, one after) on a day when you know you won't be expected to leave the house. It will issue a mandatory evacuation order on the whole works. Some mild cramping is to be expected, but honestly it's no worse than the morning after a Papa Johns feast (unlike SM which had me praying for God to take me home).And stay hydrated, folks, it's serious business.

I had a different tea that works by disrupting momentum. You drink it, stand by the toilet for 3 days ..it will flush your system and you will be watering your heart out.But this one is gentle and feels natural. I drink it like regular tea. Will drink today n add hot water through out the day since I am a heavy tea person.I use honey with my tea.It will make u use the toilet without much force. You will have the urge, you will use it, the initial day you will have soft stool, with subsequent uses, you may use the toilet daily or twice daily with much softer sti but not a diarrhea type. It’s gentle not disruptive.One of my kids has constipation regardless of how much we tried , this has been helpful .I also use it to keep my digestive going and good health.I will recommend it.

This reminds me of Keisha ka’oir tea. I was using hers for a while but it’s pretty pricy so I tried these and it does the same thing, tastes the same but I noticed less stomach cramping which I’m happy about. The licorice taste is definitely hard to deal with tho so I let it steep for one day on the counter to make it stronger and use every little water. I reheat in the morning and throw it back like a shot.
