This works surprisingly well and fast. I’ve used it for leg cramps and muscle spasms, and relief usually kicks in within minutes. It’s especially helpful at night when cramps strike suddenly. The magnesium-based formula feels gentle on the skin and hasn’t caused any irritation for me. Great product and it works.

This stuff works great. It’s amazing. I am 59 years old. I have returned to a very strenuous heavy lifting job after being out of work with injuries for 3 years. I am plagued by really painful muscle cramps. Usually at night in my leg muscles but it can also happen in my upper body while I’m working. I’ve seen multiple doctors and specialists with no real solution. I discovered on my own that taking huge doses of potassium up to 24,000 mg daily (far more than is considered safe) I was able to almost control the cramps. Just recently I tried this magnesium foam and it works better than the potassium. I’ve been able to reduce my potassium intake down to safe levels and I use this magnesium foam 1 time before work and 2 times before bed and it works great. No more waking up with painful locked up muscles.

I’ve bought this for my dad. He has been using Theraworx Foam for a while now, and overall, it’s pretty great. When a cramp hits, this foam works fast — he feels relief almost immediately in the cramped muscle. It doesn’t burn, it absorbs well, and the foam texture is nice and light. However, the downside is that the relief doesn’t last super long. After a couple of hours (or sometimes less, depending on the intensity of the cramp). So while it does its job, it’s not a permanent fix — more of a temporary rescue. Still, for those sudden cramps or nighttime leg spasms, it’s a solid option. He keeps it around, especially when he needs something gentle, fast, and fairly effective. If they could make the effects last longer, it’d be a 5-star product.

I have had this product for years, used it a few times during cramps. Worked ok. One night as I was going to bed, I picked it up and read the directions. It says it can be used to prevent cramps. I get them for two reasons: if I overwork outside (any exercise) or go shopping, thus walking more than on a usual day. The second, more important, and more common issue is whether I eat excess amounts of sugar after 5 PM. I do like my ice cream with cookies, or a chocolate milkshake! So I started using a small amount on the nights that either of the above have occured. Thanks be to Theraworx Relief that I have not had a major cramp since I started doing this. I am ordering a new bottle soon! Just as I lie down to sleep, rub a small amount on my upper thighs (which have major, screaming pains) and I am soooo happy now!

It really works for leg cramps and takes effect fast

Product turns watery after a while. No more foam. This has happened twice. But it does help w cramps.

My husband is 79 and often gets leg cramps at night especially after a day's hard work. This is all he uses for relief. Works.

This product works excellently on muscle cramps. It does not take very long for the foam to ease the muscle cramps. I am extremely satisfied with the product.
