Great for meal prep.
I am trying to lose some weight and I use these containers to prep my meals for the week and help me adhere to my diet plan. I find them these containers very convenient and appropriate for my diet plan. The main compartment (12oz) is large enough for my protein (which is the largest portion of my meals), while the 2 smaller compartments (6oz ea) are adequate for my vegetables and/or side dishes. They work well in the microwave to reheat meals. I have frozen meals in these containers and reheated the frozen meals in the microwave with good results. They are a bit hard to clean and a few of them have chipped around the edges in the dishwasher, so I would not say they are heavy-duty. I do wish they were slightly more "heavy-duty". But, I have found that with proper care I can reuse them a half-dozen times before they need to be discarded. After a good wash, they don't stain or carry-over food smells from previous meals. At the time of my purchase I found the price to be reasonable for the amount of times they can be reused (~$.65 each), however I noticed the price has gone up significantly since my last order (now ~$1 each), so they are getting more expensive and that concerns me. Overall very pleased with this product, but, will be looking for other suppliers as the price continues to go up.

Great quality!
Perfect for meal prep and keeping your food separated. I don’t like my foods to touch. I wanted to start meal prep and this is perfect. Great size for all your needs. It can break if stepped on or something too heavy on it. But normal food travel it’s very durable. The lid seals tightly! It definitely takes going around the entire lid to remove. (Think cake containers from grocery stores; loud and must go all around to separate). This holds the juice from foods as well as ranch dressing or what you want to put in it without spilling!

Easy and clean food prep
These trays help me so much when food preping. Previously I had been suing glass pyrex, but buying enough to prep a week's worth of food was getting expensive, so I needed to switch it up. These are plastic, divided, and large enough to hold a meal's worth of food. The picture shows roasted chicken, frozen green beans, and something else I can't remember all layed out and ready to go into the freezer for those days I don't want to cook. They freeze well, but arn't frost-proof so they won't prodect your food from freezerburn if you leave it up there for too long. I usually eat y frozen meals before the end of two weeks. The rinse out clean most of the time, and don't hold bad smells if you havn't done dishes for a few days and left stuff in them. Top-rack only in dishwasher as high heats may warp the plastic. I havn't tested this, but other single-compartment trays I have (for soups and such) have warped on the lower rack.High heat can cause the plastic to warp a little under very, very hot food, so watch your microwave times and stir before you put it back in. This won't affect the performance or the overall look of the item, but you may notice a slightly warped feel to the plastic in the future.I too a star away because these trays are not leak proof from inside. They are leak resistant on the outside, with tight fitting lids that - unless you bump it hard enough to cause a break in the seal - has yet to leak into my purse on the way to work. I send it up on end, as I have a tall purse. However, I have noticed the week that I made pulled pork in BBQ sauce, mac-n-cheese in cheese sauce, and cornbread, that the BBQ sauce leaked all over the pasta, and then both sauces leaked all over the cornbread. Six hours latter when it was time for lunch it was a gross, soggy mess and I learned my lesson. Now I take a stack to work in a seperat back where they can sit flat, and stash them in the fridge at work. Each day I take an empty container home. Peeps at work noticed me doing this and have been inspired to do thier own types of meal prep at home and the amount of fast food making its way into the breakroom has seriously been reduced, especially after I gave them some advice on how to make make-ahead-freezer meals. Basically they are home-made TV dinners. On a side note, the lids are not directional. They are molded to look like the compartments in the tray, but will snap on either way. I've gotten to work and realized I've put the side with two squares over the large compartment. That's why it's not leak proof on the inside. If it was it would be a five star product.

Fully Recommend : D
I have used, and REused, these containers every week since I got them. They are perfectly sized for packing meals for elderly folks. The lids seem to stay on pretty well and they wash well, at least by hand. : DIt is Very nice that they can be frozen like a tv dinner and microwaved when you want it. They stack well, so an oldster can stash a pile in the freezer in case of emergency. The only degradation I've noticed is that the inside can get mottled, but I suppose that's from the specific food in it and how...intensely a person microwaves it.

Cheap: you get what you pay for!
I initially thought this was a good purchase based on price for the amount of containers but was disappointed before the for first use. The first lid cracked during the initial hand wash and dry. Before a second and third use of each tray/ lid, I lost another 3-4 lids and at least 2 trays. I do not store hot food or apply force or pressure to cause cracks. After about 4 uses, I’m down to 14 trays and 10 lids. They are top rack dishwasher safe but they do not dry so I hand wash and dry. They are great for sending leftovers home with a dinner guest and alright for regular use but nothing special. The portion size is way more than I needed or expected. I’d consider these more a toss away storage container than a reusable meal prep solution. I’ll order more just because they are cheap enough to afford losing some but I don’t recommend as a long term use. I have microwaved them but usually transfer to a plate to warm.
