Best iron i’ve had
I like that this iron is the kind that is less constipating and comes with b12, folate, and vitamin c. The pills are too large for me to swallow, but they can be opened up easily, the powder poured into whatever I’m eating or drinking. I put mine in yogurt. I used these vitamins as my prenatal when I was pregnant.

This has boosted my iron well
My iron levels were extremely low and causing problems. I tried taking regular doses of iron but could not tolerate them.
