NO it is not lactose free. It contains both whey protein concentrate which does contain lactose…and whey protein isolate. Whey protein isolate has significantly less lactose and easier on gut for those with lactose intolerant….whereas whey protein concentrate has the highest amount of lactose of any types of whey protein. So it would be a problem for lactose intolerant people…unless a Lactose digest enzyme were taken before consuming the whey protein.

Q: Anyone who has tried the premixed bottles, how does the taste of this powder compare?

I have always used the premixed bottles. When I seen this I figured I would give it a try since the bottles are sometimes hard to find. I tried it and it was horrible. It was way to thick and chalky. I used almond milk and it wasn't worth it. The pre-made bottles have 160 calories and with the almond milk it would be 230 and it doesn't have the vitamins and minerals so not worth it for me to just get used to it.

Q: How many 11oz bottles does the power make

Um don't listen to Becca she didnt do her own math right . One scoop is only 15g of protein. So if you do what she said and take one scoop and add more liquid to make it 11oz it will still only be 15g of protein lol. If you wanted to simulate the pre made drinks you woild need two scoops and when adding the water or milk you cut back and only fill ot to the 11oz line. You will get 17 servings of this still seeing as you need to use two scoop to get to 30g of protein . You're just making a more concentrated shake by making it 11oz instead of the reccomended 12-16pz per 2 scoop. Oveal it is cheaper to do this than buying the pre made though if thats your end goal. 1 scoop = 34 6-8oz shakes 2 scoop= 17 12-16 oz shakes

They started putting Caffeine in the Cafe Latte to my disappointment! I had to swap to Vanilla to keep the drug out of my powder! Rich in flavor - with 95mg of caffeine - Each serving contains as much caffeine as a cup of coffee to help you feel alert
