I had seen a negative reviews.However, I was hesitated to buy this washing machine.But after I bought it's amazing

I purchased this washing machine and received it on Friday. We used it only once, and it already appears defective. During the cycle, it makes a loud, strange noise, almost as if something is loose inside. Very disappointing for a brand-new product.

The machine is extremely noisy and shakes violently while running. After every wash, the water fails to drain automatically, and I receive an alert to manually open the drain. This causes water to flood my kitchen, leaving it messy and making the washing process very frustrating. I have repeatedly tried to contact the seller for a repair, but have had no success.

Product not working since day 1 and couldn’t return return the product or refund refund my money back. The team keep Coustomer care keep promising that they will contact tomorrow but nothing ever happens for one week since the purchase.

Too noisy and violent while spinning

I am so happy with my Samsung washing machine. She looks good. She gets the job done. She is quiet. I have a range of wash choices. And when the cycle is finished she sings. I was so fed up with the horrible piercing, shrill bleeting of my last machine when the wash had finished. My clothes look cleaner and feel fresher after the New wash. I bought my last washing machine about 8 years ago and it died. My husband convinced me to pay a little more than I had because, if I need to live with her for 8 years, I had better be happy. I am over the moon.

The washing machine arrived exactly on the time I was given. The two guys did an excellent job of unpacking and fitting the machine. I felt sorry for them as I live on the top floor of a two storey high apartment. And they also had to take away my old machine too. Plus bring up a new fridge freezer that I had ordered and take away the old one. The washing machine looks great in my kitchen the colour grey and black match in well. The machine is also very quiet when in full spin, which is good when you live in an apartment. The machine is very easy to use but you do have to download the instructions from the Samsung website.

Needed washing machine as other one was 15yrs old good machine was LG and did not want to get new door as spent to much on it over last 2 years. Don't think my washing machine man was impressed as his face just said please don't buy Samsung eco but so far I am impressed just hope It lasts 15yrs ?

I love this machine I did want the Addwash but I desperately needed a machine at the time I had very little money so I come across this on monthly instalments which worked out perfectly for me & now I absolutely love it & it playsca tune when it's finished so i would highly recommend this machine to anyone

The machine is really quiet and has lots of functions. Does not have WiFi but not really needed. Energy consumption is good and easy to install.
