Authentic style Bajan Hot Sauce. Though it comes from Alabama not Barbados it has the look, taste, and texture of the real thing. Plenty hot! You get a lot at 26oz. so it's a good value and family sized. I love it on eggs, fish, any type of soup or barbecue meats. And they do pack it well. A taste of home!

The Real Deal
We all know that at times it can be hit or miss with third-party distributors. This bottle arrived promptly and very well packaged. Very reasonable cost for such a large bottle. And of course it's Aunt May's so it tastes great. Glad I ordered it!

Just try it
Game changing sauce! I had to find this after I returned from a trip to Barbados and discovered the ubiquitous bajan pepper sauce there but ran out of the bottles I brought back. It is hot but in a way I’ve never experienced before. Honestly, you have to try it to understand. It’s spicy and makes your mouth tingly and hot in temperature but extremely pleasantly. It’s a totally different kind of spice than you’ve ever tried unless you’ve been to Barbados. It’s addictive and mixes with any food as it’s not vinegary as are most hot sauces; it just heats up your food several notches without detracting from the flavors. In short, this flavor profile would win you top spot in any food network show. #gameover

We love everything about this sauce. The flavors are wonderful, exactly like we had when we were in Barbados. We use this sauce on anything you could imagine! We mix it into sauces too! Like with ranch , or with a mayonnaise for a sandwich. Add it to your home made pasta sauce! Whatever you could imagine, super versatile. Has a nice strong kick, but NOT intolerable, but use sparingly if you are sensitive. It's really a great flavor to the spices, worth trying.
