High quality, great design

Very nicely made - good for slicing chocolate, hard cheese, and garlic as well
This is a well made product. I have rarely had the opportunity to purchase fresh truffles, but I have no doubt it will work flawlessly. The blade is very sharp and the slicer is sturdy; it works very well for shaving a block of chocolate or hard cheese like parmesan very neatly. Garlic gloves much be quite large, and be careful! It's a nice specialty item to have in a well stocked kitchen.

Works well for hard cheeses
We got this for slicing hard cheeses and similar type products. The blade is sharp and easy to adjust for different cutting. It works well and produces nice, evenly sliced outputs. Overall does what it is meant to do. The design and quality of the metal/wood is also good. No real negatives.
