I picked these for back up purposes for an oxygen concentrator. They are real easy to screw on and off and allow oxygen to flow without disruption. They are hard plastic and worth every penny. The price is real decent on them.

These work exactly as stated. I was a little concerned because it looked different than the one that came on the machine, but fit perfectly.

Updated: I added another star because these connectors have not broken, nor do they work loose once they have been tightened. They just don'tmove. I bought a one foot piece of tubing and a swivel connector that serves the purpose. It cut down on the tangles.

I bought these so we could easily disconnect the humidifier from our home oxygen concentrator. The threads on this fit the threads on the humidifier bottle perfectly. Thus, we could easily switch without fighting trying to get tubing off of a steel or plastic nipple. Turned out to be just what we needed.
