I never felt that tall...

I ruptured my right Achilles. I originally ordered these to use as a lift in my left shoe to balance out my hips while my injured leg was in a boot. Worked great and I was able to use the lifts in running shoes, casual shoes and even my Sandals ( with the help of some double sided tape) I have graduated out of my boot to regular shoe wear but am still using these in both my shoes as recommended by my PT until I’m a little further along in my recovery. They wear well, are comfortable and have been a huge help in my recovery.

My one leg was an inch shorter following surgery. I started falling and was always off balance. My Lowe back hurt if I was standing. I was always in pain. I ordered many different kinds of lifts before I found this one . They didn’t work for long. They would compress down and my back would hurt. I came upon these and they work. No more pain. I haven’t fallen and I haven’t had back pain.

I am wearing a pneumatic walking boot for a fracture. The 1/2” heel lift they gave me in the ER was too short and hard, making it very uncomfortable. This 1” lift is just perfect. It is much more comfortable as it cushions and longer toward instep so that it does not make a painful shelf under the foot. I put it in and immediately was leveled out and able to walk comfortably with the walking boot on the other foot. Buy this right away before your hip and back take the beating of an uneven gait.

After a surgery left me 1 inch taller on one side I got these for my shoes in the interim of getting the issue repaired. They start out as 1 inch but within a couple days are less so I gradually start limping again.
