This is totally a piece of crap. The bolts are taller than the wheel mechanism and there for not allowing me to us this. It is poor quality and returning it is costing me 30 bucks after I paid someone to put it together and now take it apart and have them drive it to ups. Poorest piece of crap I have ever seen. Handicap people should never have to endure this from any company.

Thought it had potty chair attached.did not.Wheels are too large to fit under normal lift chair and when widened do not fit through door. Needs better instructions not complete. Still trying to figure out how I can use it The idea is perfect if I could make it work.

Listen, People who need this are clearly not in the best shape. Most likely don’t have high incomes (no credit or credit cards) therefore, while I understand the quality of a product like this is most definitely important- even though it’s ridiculously cheap to make, I’m just not understanding why any human life is more Important than another’s simply over money! How can this world begin to change and be a better place when greed is what’s most important in this world! Sure it’s great for people who are in these horrible predicaments to have something like this to help in fact- it’s damn near a necessity so they must purchase one but it still doesn’t justify it! If someone needs this, there should be no reason to price it at a price that most people can’t afford therefore they’ll have to find out other ways, more difficult ways and for what? Money! Help people , bring humanity back. Not FREE but affordable. Or you could always mention hey, if you’re on SSD, SSI or a gives income , give them OPTIONS! Also, please don’t get me wrong. I’m not picking on your company specifically but while browsing for items that would be helpful to a family member, I couldn’t believe the prices! Let’s all BE HONEST - it cost nowhere near the asking price to make this so whywhy would you make a quadruple profit instead of double or triple (it’s SO CHEAP To make) knowing that you could make a difference, help someone and be reasonable and morally awesome!

This part has a rip, I don’t return it because it’s for emergency and it’s to much time for exchange. But I’m not happy with the purchase.

Screws were substituted for the pins that hold the arms on. First time using product all 4 screws broke and she fell to the floor. Paid $150 shipping and instead of sending me the correct parts I have to pay another $150 to send product back.
